4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use LooksMaxxing only for lawful purposes. You must NOT:

• Upload photos of other people without their explicit consent
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Upload photos of minors (under 13, or 16 in EU)
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the app
• Use the app to harass, bully, or harm others
• Distribute malware or viruses through the app
• Circumvent security features or access restrictions
• Use automated systems (bots) to access the service
• Resell or redistribute our services without permission

4.2 Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of all photos you upload
